Resolution authorizing Inter-Departmental Budget Transfers 59 – 65.

The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
The following transfers totaling $2,874,520 (Salaries $1,996,354 and Fringe Benefits $878,166) are approved as follows to pay for projected shortfall in salaries, fringe benefits and administrative costs due to required overtime incurred since September 11th for police services at the airports. All costs are fully reimbursed by the Allegheny County Airport Authority.

61. Transfer $45,000 from Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation – Fringe Benefits to Airport Police – Salaries. Transfer FROM Job/Object 25910131.52501 TO Cost Center/Object 315702.51101.
62. Transfer $750,000 from Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation – Indirect Costs to Airport Police – Salaries. Transfer FROM Job/Object 25910131.65512 TO Cost Center/Object 315702.51101.
63. Transfer $121,834 from Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation – Computer Hardware to Airport Police – Salaries. Transfer FROM Job/Object 25910131.57204 TO Cost Center/Object 315702.51101.
64. Transfer $128,166 from Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation – Computer Hardware to Airport Police – Fringe Benefits. Transfer FROM Job/Object 25910131.57204 TO Cost Center/Object 315702.52501.
65. Transfer $750,000 from Behavioral Health/Mental Retardation – Contributed Services to Airport Police – Fringe Benefits. Transfer FROM Job/Object 25910131.84101 TO Cost Center/Object 315702.52501.
SECTION 2. If any provision of this Resolution shall be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Ordinance which shall be in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
