An Ordinance of the County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending Ordinance Nos. 07-06 and 31-08, the existing schedule of facility and recreational rates and fees for the use of County recreational and park facilities.
Whereas, the County of Allegheny (hereinafter referred to as "County") owns and operates certain recreational and park facilities; and
Whereas, the County desires to establish and revise rates and fees for the public use of the recreational and park facilities; and
Whereas, Ordinance No. 07-06 established the schedule of rental rates for the County's park facilities and 31-08 revised, and
Whereas, Article IV, Section 2(b) of the Allegheny County Home Rule Charter vests the County's Council with the power to establish and revise rates and fees for the public use of the recreational and park facilities.
The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:
SECTION 1. Incorporation of the Preamble
The provisions set forth in the preamble to this Ordinance are incorporated by reference in their entity herein.
SECTION 2. Parks Department Rates and Fees

1. Edible Flowers Luncheon: Establish a rate of $25.00 per participant.
Section 2. Severability. If any provision of this Ordinance shall be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Ordinance, which shall be in full force and effect.
Section 3. Repealer. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
