Title
An Ordinance of the County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, approving the use of certain County-owned real property, namely the McConnell farm house located in WHITE OAK PARK, by Mon-Yough Community Services, Inc., for training of clients, and interpretive, education program for visitors.
Body
Whereas, the County of Allegheny has permitted the use of this facility in White Oak Park by Mon-Yough Community Services, Inc. for many years; and
Whereas, Mon-Yough Community Services, Inc. and the County wish to continue this use of County-owned real property by Mon-Yough Community Services, Inc., without interruption through at least December 21, 2012; and
Whereas, Article IV, Section 2(k) of the Allegheny County Home rule Charter vests County Council with the power and duty by ordinance to lease or permit the use of County real property.
The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:
SECTION 1. Incorporation of the Preamble
The provision set forth in the preamble to this Ordinance are incorporated by reference in their entirely herein.
SECTION 2. Authorization of a lease for the use of County Real Property
Allegheny County Council hereby approves the continued use of County-owned real property, namely the McConnell farm house located in White Oak Park, by Mon Yough Community Services, Inc.
SECTION 3. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance shall be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Ordinance which shall be in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. Repealer. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.

The Department of Parks respectfully requests authorization from County Council for the continued use of Angora Gardens by Mon-Yough Community Services for training of clients and interpretive, educational programs, located within the County's White Oak Park.
The term of the contract will continue without interruption through December 31, 2012. Mon-Yough Community Services pledges $1,000.00 monthly for continued use of the site. Proper Certification of Insurance is on file.
