Allegheny County Council is proud to present this Certificate of Recognition to the members of the Central Volunteer Fire Company of Elizabeth Township for their recent accomplishments. Central VFC is one of six fire stations responsible for providing fire and rescue services to the Elizabeth area, with more than 50 dedicated volunteers respond to over 300 calls each year. Most recently, Central VFC has achieved several distinguished accomplishments, including the Department of Health QRS Certification and Voluntary Rescue Service- Advanced Level, as well as the State Fire Commissioners Voluntary Participating Department Certification. On behalf of the citizens of Allegheny County, this Council wishes to congratulate Central VFC on its recent accomplishments. We thank you for your continued dedication to excellence and for providing the residents of Elizabeth Township with a safer place to live.
