Be it resolved by the Council of Allegheny County as follows:

Section 1. It is estimated that the following revenues, derived from bonds and available from other sources for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2010, will be sufficient to meet proposed capital expenditures for the 2010 Fiscal Year:

Reimbursements 43,079,350
Other 2,053,201
TOTAL: $92,622,551

Section 2. Appropriations for capital expenditures for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2010 are authorized as provided for in the following line items:









Once capital projects are identified as subject to funding from the Capital Projects Contingency described in this section, such funding shall be transferred from the appropriate contingency fund to the identified project(s) in accordance with the capital budget transfer provisions contained within §5-805.04 of the Administrative Code of Allegheny County. The appropriations to the
Capital Projects Contingency described herein shall not be expended until transferred in accordance with the provisions of this section.

Section 3. Expenses incurred and revenues received for this 2010 Capital Budget shall be recorded by the County Controller in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles governing the operation of State and local governments.

Section 4. All expenses incurred pursuant to this 2010 Capital Budget shall adhere to requirements set forth in the Home Rule Charter, the Administrative Code of Allegheny County, and where applicable, the Second Class County Code.
