Proclamation congratulating Louis Kushner on 40 years of service with Pittsburgh-based law firm Rothman Gordon.

WHEREAS, Allegheny County is blessed to have leaders who commit themselves wholeheartedly to serving and representing our region with the utmost dedication and professionalism; and
WHEREAS, for the past 40 years, Louis Kushner has dedicated himself to providing legal service to his clients with Rothman Gordon, a renowned Pittsburgh-area law firm; and
WHEREAS, as a partner at Rothman Gordon, Mr. Kushner's concentration of practice includes the representation of executives, minority shareholders, and professionals from a wide spectrum of public and private sectors; and
WHEREAS, in addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Kushner is also an experienced mediator, with experience in mediating more than 250 cases and serving as a Mediator and Early Neutral Evaluator for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and as a Mediator for the American Arbitration Association National Panel of Mediators, National Association of Securities Dealers Regulation, Inc. and the National Employment Mediation Services Panel; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kushner has been honored with a multitude of awards and recognitions, including the title of a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and Pittsburgh Super Lawyer, among many others, and holds membership in numerous organizations, including the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations, for which he has also held leadership positions; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Kushner has also found time to give back to the Allegheny County with efforts that have included his role as the Chairman for the Pittsburgh Marathon;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, Allegheny County Council joins with Rothman Gordon in celebrating Louis Kushner's 40 years of service. You have set a standard of excellence that serves as an inspiration to the members of this Council and to all the residents of Allegheny County, ...
