Proclamation congratulating and honoring Conservation Consultants, Incorporated for its continuing tradition of assisting individuals and other entities in using energy responsibly.

WHEREAS, Conservation Consultants, Incorporated is a 27 year old Pittsburgh-focused nonprofit corporation; and
WHEREAS, CCI fulfills its mission of fostering responsible use of energy in homes and other buildings through programs treating green neighborhood services, energy education services, and conservation energy services; and
WHEREAS, CCI provides energy-efficiency consulting services to homeowners, places of worship, schools, offices and local utilities throughout the County; and
WHEREAS, On November 10, 2005, CCI will host a celebration of its receipt of the Gold LEEB EB award for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Allegheny County Council does hereby congratulate and honor Conservation Consultants, Incorporated for its continuing tradition of assisting individuals and other entities in using energy responsibly. This commitment to the dignity and well-being of the County's residents both inspires us and arouses our deepest gratitude. On the occasion of their recognition with the Gold LEEB EB award, we commend CCI and offer our sincerest wishes for their continued success.
