Now therefore, it is moved, by the Council of Allegheny County, that a formal recognition of County Council Members whose service has ended is established by honoring their time and dedication at a regularly scheduled meeting of County Council where such member(s) will be presented with a Council proclamation, a token of appreciation from the body, and where such member(s) shall be given opportunity to address the body and general public; and, further providing that the December 16, 2003 meeting of County Council shall include recognition of all former County Council Members, honoring their past service to this County.
