NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, AND IT IS THE SENSE OF THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

 

That this Council will pursue & support the citizen petition efforts of the group; Citizens for Democratic Reform (CDR) for the most stringent and taxpayer friendly form of Row Office Reform proposals and solely support, by way of ordinance, the Row Office reform proposals offered by council members Price (Bill# 02-1241), Gastgeb (Bill # 1062-03), Schwartz/Simms (Bill No. 1063-03) and/or Fontana (Bill No. 1032-03) for the same reasons; for the May, 2003 Primary ballot.
