This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Al and Ruth Murtha upon the momentous occasion of their 65^th wedding anniversary.  Mr. and Mrs. Murtha, of Indiana, were married on November 5, 1943 in Holy Name Church by the Reverend Kelly.  They are the proud parents of Jeanne Zelenak, Jan Murtha, and the late Alvin Murtha, and the loving grandparents to six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  Your commitment to each other and dedication to your family serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.  Allegheny County Council congratulates and recognizes you upon this happy occasion and we wish you all the best in the future.
