This Certificate of Recognition is awarded to Charles D. Reichenbach, Thomas E. Douglass, John M. Kerr and Robert P. Murphy in recognition of their 25 plus years of dedicated service to the Vigilant Hose Company No. 1 Volunteer Fire Department of the Borough of Port Vue. The Vigilant Hose Co. No. 1 VFD has 40 volunteer professionals that serve to protect 3,798 residents of Port Vue. These gentlemen have continually answered the challenging call of duty by providing 24-hour protection to the Borough of Port Vue. We recognize and commend each of them for their unwavering dedication to safety and rescue, and we thank them for the 25 plus years of watchful protection and service they have provided to the residents of Port Vue.
