This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Ms. Lorren Kezmoh in recognition of earning first place in the 68th Annual Pittsburgh Regional Science & Engineering Fair, a most distinguished honor.  Ms. Kezmoh's project involved working with a freshwater river dolphin at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium and conducting molecular studies at Duquesne University along side college students and professors, in order to identify whether or not freshwater river dolphins can see in color.  At 16-years of age, Ms. Kezmoh will be submitting her work to be published in a scientific journal.  Ms. Kezmoh, a Brentwood High School junior, was awarded with seven scholarships from the Pittsburgh Regional Science & Engineering Fair, which will go towards her future college education. She plans on studying marine biology and biology in general.  You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
