This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Robert Yates in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Yates diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Yates constructed a flag retirement pit for Post 701 Sons of American Legion. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Yates has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.
