This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Thomas DeMartini for his service as a volunteer to the West Deer Volunteer Fire Department #1. Over thirty years ago, Thomas joined the fire department and during that time he has served as the President, Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for the Relief Association. He also served as the fire department’s Chaplin for over 15 years. During that time, Thomas served as the chair of the Three Company Fire Department that worked to solve the three departments financial problems. Currently, Thomas serves on the Board of Directors for the West Deer EMS. This Council acknowledges Thomas DeMartini for his dedicated services and commitment to the West Deer Volunteer Fire Department #1. He truly serves as an inspiration to this Council and the residents of Allegheny County.
