This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Dorothy Kinner upon the momentous occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. Charles and Dorothy were married on August 17, 1954 in Winchester, Virginia by Minister S.J. Goode. Charles is retired from U.S. Steel National Tube Works in McKeesport and Dorothy works part-time for Advantage Sales and Marketing as an event specialist for the Sam's Club in West Mifflin. They are the proud parents of three sons, Charles D., the late Ronald D., and the late John. They have four cherished grandchildren and one great-grandson. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Paul and Grace on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
