This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Morton and Peggy Parker upon the momentous occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. Morton and Peggy were married on August 21, 1954 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Shadyside. Morton is a World War II veteran, having served as a U.S. Navy pilot from 1941-1945. Following his military service, Morton had a successful career as a sales manager in the gas industry, and Peggy was a dedicated stay-at-home mother. They are the proud parents of Paul and John and the grandparents of 8 cherished grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Morton and Peggy on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
