Title
Motion of the Council of Allegheny County pulling Bill No. 4181-08, requesting that the Allegheny County Controller perform audits of the Sports and Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County, Port Authority of Allegheny County, Allegheny County Airport Authority and Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, from committee for an immediate final vote.

WHEREAS, Bill No. 4181-08 was introduced and referred to the Committee on Government Reform on July 1, 2008; and
WHEREAS, July 1, 2008 was one hundred eighty-eight (188) days prior to the Regular Meeting at which this Motion will be introduced; and
WHEREAS, the Rules of Allegheny County Council, Article IV, Section B.1., allow for bills to be pulled from committee by affirmative vote of a majority of the seated members of Council, if such motion is made after sixty (60) days from the date of the first reading of the bill;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,
That this Council hereby pulls Bill No. 4181-08 from the Committee on Government Reform and authorizes an immediate final vote on the bill.
