Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate to Noah Yeasted of Boy Scout Troop 4 in recognition of having met all necessary requirements to advance to the rank of Eagle Scout. This council commends Noah for leading a project at Serra Catholic High School in McKeesport, Pa. Noah refurbished two storage rooms into functional class rooms. Alex serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
