This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you worked with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy to clean up and maintain a large public area in Highland Park, enhancing its natural beauty and providing the residents of the City of Pittsburgh with a clean, safe place to explore and enjoy.
