This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Joshua Hartung in recognition of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. We commend you on the diligence and skill you displayed throughout your scouting service in a variety of leadership positions, including those of Den Chief, Assistant Patrol Leader, Instructor, and Assistant Senior Patrol Leader. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you led a group of 20 people in installing a rail fence in Simmons Park in order to provide a barrier between the park and the embankment and creek below. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
