This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Devon Nemeth in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Nemeth's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Nemeth constructed and placed eighteen (18) bird houses at three (3) schools within the South Allegheny School District. The houses will provide homes for three (3) types of birds already nesting in the area, including Blue Jays, Cardinals and Wrens. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Nemeth has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
