Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. James Puckey of Elizabeth upon the monumental occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on October 17, 1959 at the Bethesda United Presbyterian church by the Reverend C. Biddle Foster. They are the proud parents of Jim and Bonnie Puckey, and Joyce and Jim Reed. The couple has nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize their impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate James and Blanche on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
