This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Michael Spak in recognition of attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Spak's diligence and skill: two traits that he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader and his dedication to our community. Mr. Spak's Eagle Project - organizing 40 individuals to help renovate the picnic grove area of Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church in Carnegie - will bring a renewed sense of harmony to the church. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Spak has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
