Mr. Michael Kemple of Elizabeth, PA is one of the seventeen remaining WWII Merchant Marine members who were honored with the Russian Medal of Ushakov. During WWII, Mr. Kemple and other Merchant Marines played an integral part in delivering cargo to Murmansk, Kota, and Archangel, Russia. We honor and thank Mr. Michael Kemple for serving our country with distinction during World War II, and we extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Kemple and thank him for his sacrifice.
