An Ordinance of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, directing that the Allegheny County Board of Elections conduct a random sample audit of software installed on the County's voting machines and generate a written report of the results of such audit no later than October 21, 2008, and directing that similar audits be performed in future election years.

WHEREAS, it is further the judgment of Council that the Allegheny County Board of Elections must take all available steps to seek the prosecution and punishment of any individual, corporation, or other entity that is responsible for tampering with the County's voting machines to the limit of applicable law;
