This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Jason McCarrison in recognition of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. We commend you on the diligence and skill you displayed throughout your scouting service in a variety of leadership positions, including that of Senior Patrol Leader and through the 60 merit badges that you earned. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you made several improvements to St. Joseph Parish Cemetery, restoring the large crucifix in the center island, planting new shrubbery, and installing entrance signs, among several other improvements. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
