Resolution authorizing Inter-Departmental budget transfers 32 and 33.
BODY
The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
The following transfers are approved as follows:
32. Transfer $300,000.00 from the Property Assessment Departmental Contingency to the Office of Property Assessment - Assessment Management - Salaries. This transfer is requested to cover a projected shortfall in salaries due to filling ten current Assessor positions and six clerical/technical positions as the first phase in an overall business plan to posture OPA for the 2006 (in-house) Revaluation Project. Transfer from Index Code 574004, Sub-Object 8817 TO Index Code 809152, Sub-Object 2101.
33. Transfer $62,000.00 from the Property Assessment Departmental Contingency to the Office of Property Assessment - Assessment Management - Fringe Benefits. This transfer is requested to cover projected shortfall in Fringe Benefits based on the above positions being filled. Transfer from Index Code 574004, Sub-Object 8817 TO Index Code 809152, Sub-Object 2500.
SECTION 2. If any provision of this Resolution shall be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Resolution which shall be in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
