This Certificate of Recognition is presented to the Lincoln Borough Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company upon the momentous occasion of your 60th anniversary. The Lincoln Borough V.F.R.C. is a small, all volunteer company protecting approximately 1,500 people, with a fleet consisting of a Pumper, a Tanker, a Brush truck, and an Ambulance. They are one of a few companies left in the area that still has a volunteer ambulance service. The citizenry of Allegheny County thanks the Lincoln Borough V.F.R.C. for its dedication and unparalleled level of service and professionalism. This Council extends its deepest appreciation to the Lincoln Borough V.F.R.C. not only for combating fires but also for the watchful protection and service they provide to Lincoln Borough, and we commend the Company's selfless efforts and recognize their heroic deeds, which have earned the esteem of the citizens of Allegheny County.
