This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Kyle Fitzpatrick in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Fitzpatrick's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Fitzpatrick cleared a quarter-mile trail at Wingfield Pines Park, and built and placed two benches on the trail alongside Chartiers Creek for visitors to enjoy. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Fitzpatrick has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
