Ms. Tammy Veneski

This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Ms. Tammy Veneski, a senior at South Fayette High School, for winning the Division I girls title of the 2007 Pepsi United States Bowling Congress Youth Bowling Championship in Buffalo, New York on July 18, 2007.  The tournament featured nearly 200 bowlers that represented all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada and nearby oversea military bases.  At the age of 15, Ms. Veneski won her first Division I Pepsi championship in 2005 in Indianapolis.  Winning two youth championships is an accomplishment that has only happened a few times in the history of the USBC tournament.  Ms. Veneski first started bowling at the age of 10, at Sports Haven in Bridgeville, coached by her mentor and father James Veneski.  This distinguished endeavor and accomplishment is worthy of our County of Champions, earning the esteem of the citizens of Allegheny County.  Your achievement has conferred honor upon the County to be shared by each of us and, for that, we commend you.
