Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Ferenz of West Mifflin upon the monumental occasion of their 70th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on November 1, 1939 by the Reverend Percival H. Lynch. They are the proud parents of the late Elaine, Beverly, Carol, Sylvester and the late Charles. The couple has eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize their impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Sylvester and Nettie on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
