NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,
That John F. Cambest, Esquire, legal counsel to Allegheny County Council, to file on behalf of Allegheny County Council, a Declaratory Judgment, or other appropriate measure, to seek a judicial determination of the rights of the Allegheny County Council and the County Executive under Article VII, Sections 1-11 of the Home Rule Charter of Allegheny County, Article VIII, Section 801.07 of the Administrative Code, and pursuant to the Letter of Agreement between the County Executive and President of Allegheny County Council dated December 24, 2002.
