NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

That the Council of Allegheny County hereby overrides Chief Executive Jim Roddey’s veto of Council Bill No. 02-1183, entitled, “An Ordinance amending the Administrative Code to provide for the applicability of a Merit Personnel System to the employees of the County Officers and the County Officials.”
