Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mount Carmel Baptist Church, located in North Versailles, Pennsylvania, upon the monumental occasion of their 90th anniversary. A celebration banquet will be held at the Heritage Celebration & Conference Center on November 1, 2014 and Dr. Lisa Weah, of New Bethlehem Baptist Church of Baltimore, Maryland, will preach. On November 2, 2014, the Rev. Melvin Jackson, first vice-president of the Pittsburgh Baptist Minister's Conference, will provide the anniversary message to the congregants. Allegheny County Council does hereby congratulate Mount Carmel Baptist Church, and we join with them in celebration of their 90th anniversary.
