This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Andrew J. Hall in recognition of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. We commend you on the diligence and skill you displayed throughout your scouting service and on your growth through troop leadership positions, including Troop Guide and Order of the Arrow Troop Representative. The 37 merit badges that you have received are remarkable testaments to your impressive accomplishments as a Boy Scout. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you designed and obtained materials for a 36-foot long footbridge along the Nature Trail at the South Campus of the Community College of Allegheny County and also made safety improvements to an existing dock in the wetland area of the Nature Trail. In addition to your service as a Boy Scout, you have proven yourself to be a leader at West Mifflin Area High School, where you are active in the Air Force Junior ROTC Program and on the Cross-County, Wrestling, and Tennis teams. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
