An Ordinance of the County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, authorizing the disposition of a county-owned vehicle to the Borough of Whitaker for use as a small emergency services command center and for the transporting of rescue equipment.

The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1.
County Council does hereby authorize and approve the donation of a Black, 1993 Ford Explorer (Unit # 4927) to the Borough of Whitaker for use as a small emergency services command center and for the transporting of rescue equipment.
Section 2.
The County Manager or his designee is authorized to take any and all further action as may be necessary or proper to carry out the purposes of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this Ordinance shall be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Ordinance which shall be in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
