In recognition of your outstanding athletic ability shared with your teammates, contributing to the team's outstanding season record, capturing the 2003 WPIAL AAA Girls Volleyball Championship as well as being PIAA Semi-Finalists, all proud accomplishments worthy of our County of Champions; we commend you. Your determination and resolve has led you to levels of achievement in which the entire community can be proud, and sets a positive example of excellence for all of Allegheny County.
