NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

That this Council hereby amends the legal description of districts for Allegheny County Council for the purpose of reapportioning County Council based on the Federal Decennial Census of 2000, incorporated herein by reference.

BE IT FURTHER MOVED,

That upon passage, this motion shall amend the reapportionment motion passed by Allegheny County Council on April 4, 2002.
