Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. Richard Kociban of West Mifflin upon the monumental occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on November 14, 1959 at the former St. John's Byzantine Catholic Church in Rankin Township. They are the proud parents of Richard and David. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate James and Blanche on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
