Title

Motion of the Council of Allegheny County to convene a working group, with representation from the Executive and Legislative branches of County of Allegheny, to review and, as appropriate, revise Allegheny County's existing facilities master plan.

 

Body

The working group shall be charged with:  (1) reviewing the existing County facilities master Plan; (2) identifying areas in which the Plan should be revised and drafting the necessary revisions; and (3) recommending the mechanics necessary to move forward with the revised master plan.

 

Membership of the working group shall consist of:  four appointees representing the Executive branch of County government, to be appointed by the Chief Executive; and four appointees representing the Legislative branch of County government, to be appointed by the President of Council, for a total of eight (8) members.

 

Said committee shall convene within thirty (30) days of the passage of this motion and shall present a revised plan to the Executive and Council by December 31, 2009 for review and approval.

 

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY

 

To convene a working group, with representation from the Executive and Legislative branches of County of Allegheny, to review and, as appropriate, revise Allegheny County's existing facilities master plan.
