Patrolman Adler's accomplishments are many and varied, and have established Allegheny County's Police Bureau as a model on a national scale.  Patrolman Adler has diligently guarded the safety of our county's residents over the course of his exemplary 27-year career, and this endeavor has earned both the esteem and the respect of the citizens of Allegheny County.  His dedication to serving his community even at great risk to himself has conferred honor upon the County to be shared by each of us and, for that, we commend him.
