This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Herbert and Dorothy Howell upon the momentous occasion of their 65th wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Howell were united in marriage on January 15, 1949 at the Primitive Methodist Church in Frank by the Rev. Merle Wilson. They are the proud parents of four daughters, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Herbert and Dorothy on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
