Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. William E. Smith of Clairton upon the monumental occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on October 1, 1949 in at the former St. Clare's Church in Clairton by the Reverend Leo Watterson. They are the proud parents of Donald and Patricia, and have been blessed with one grandson. We are pleased to recognize their impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate William and Louise on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
