On behalf of Allegheny County Council, this Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. Ned Massimiani upon the momentous occasion of his 60th birthday. Mr. Massimiani was born on October 23, 1949 and has been a reliable fixture of the Millvale community for most of his life. Mr. Massimiani is a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving as a member of the United States Army from 1970 to 1971. Millvale residents know him as the owner of the Sunset Lounge, which he operated for 10 years, bringing joy and companionship to the citizens of the community. We commend Mr. Massimiani for the services he has provided to our country and to our community throughout his life, and we congratulate him on this impressive milestone. On behalf of the residents of Allegheny County, we wish Mr. Massimiani a joyous and healthy 60th year of life.
