This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Clarence and Floretta Irvin upon the momentous occasion of their 50^th wedding anniversary.  Mr. and Mrs. Irvin were married on December 19, 1958 in Baptist Temple Church, located in the Homewood section of Pittsburgh.  They are the proud parents of three sons and one daughter, and the loving grandparents to four grandchildren.  Both Clarence and Floretta have made exemplary contributions to our region, with Clarence working for the U.S. Post Office and the PA State Government, and Floretta working for the PA State Government, the City of Pittsburgh, and the Allegheny County Democratic Committee.  Your commitment to each other and dedication to your family serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.  Allegheny County Council congratulates and recognizes you upon this happy occasion and we wish you all the best in the future.
