Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to the Borough of Castle Shannon for uniting citizens, hosting businesses and promoting community spirit during its annual Community Day celebration held on Sunday, May 25, 2014 in Hamilton Park.  The borough conducts the event to honor its citizens, businesses and officials who continually work for the betterment of the area and to open its doors to those interested in joining the community. The event will feature musical entertainment, games, prizes, inflatables and a fireworks display.  This Council commends the Borough of Castle Shannon for its efforts to unite the community and celebrates the borough and its citizens.
