Ms. Simko, also known as "Bubba," was born in Braddock, Pennsylvania on April 27, 1914. Ms. Simko and her late husband, John Simko, were married on January 24, 1931 in St. Nickolas Church in McKeesport. They are the proud parents of five children, John, Mary, Ron, Deloris and George. Ms. Simko has 25 cherished grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, and six great-great grandchildren. We honor Ms. Simko for her longevity, which can be attributed to her positive attitude and outlook. Furthermore, we commend Ms. Simko for her independent spirit, taking a proactive approach to life, and we wish her the best as she celebrates her 100th birthday.
