Body

This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Andrew S. Leonhard in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor.  This Council commends Mr. Leonhard's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community.  Mr. Leonhard's extensive list of achievements in the scouting world and in our community is to be widely praised and celebrated, including his Eagle Project: constructing a 3-foot by 50-foot retaining wall with a drainage system, which required 323 volunteer hours.  Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Leonhard has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great County may follow.  He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
