This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Jacob H. Bartolomucci of Boy Scout Troop 225 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Bartolomucci's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. Mr. Bartolomucci's Eagle Scout project consisted of renovating Oak Tree Park in Bethel Park by refurbishing an old set of bleachers, constructing new benches, repainting certain areas of the playground and re-mulching the play areas in the park. Mr. Bartolomucci is a 2014 graduate of Bethel Park High School and is studying forensic accounting at Duquesne University. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Bartolomucci has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
