This Certificate of Recognition is presented to ___ in honor of New Pittsburgh Courier recognizing you as a “Man of Excellence.” Honorees were commended at the November 19, 2009 “Men of Excellence” ceremony for their vast and continuing contributions to their communities. African-American men of different ages, backgrounds, religions, and career fields were recognized as inspirations to current and future generations and received the chance to network with many others who had inspired them over the years at this groundbreaking event.
